Is a 19 year old still young?

Supposed there was a 19 year old girl or boy (I know when you're 18 you're already a full official adult right, or not really?). Would you consider, supposed, let's say I guess, for the adult side, they're still young? Ok, like if there was a 29 year old (yea, as in almost 30 lol) guy talking to a 19 year old girl (just friendship-wise, not relationship-wise), consider almost like you're talking to a little girl? Almost like saying still, a man talking to a 15 year old? How about as far as talking to someone who is 10 years older than you more like the guy is the 10 year older than the girl, (just as friends literally never thinking of relationship or dating, or couple at all, just to be friends and hangout like friends)? What are your thoughts? Thanks

Nineteen might be officially an adult, but he or she is still young. They have a lot of growing up to do at that age, even though they might not think so.

It all depends with the maturity of the person involved. you should not get involved with anyone that is under 18 years old.

Oh no its just being friends as in if they're in a relationship with someone else, it doesn't matter, still wanting to be friends of course if their partner is ok with it as well lol. Someone overage shouldn't be friends with someone underage?

I don't see a problem with age in relationships. I grew up seeing 82 year olds marrying 18 year olds, so I have no problem with someone 30 doing it.

If that's not a problem 30 being friends with 19, then its really ok because she was a bit older. She just confess lol

I talk to people of all ages. It really does depend on the maturity levels and if you can make a connection with them

Oh they are. But yea I thought it was ok. My cousin who is older has friends way younger and they're pretty mature even then me and I'm older than them lol
