Which international cuisine do you like the most??

i like chinese cuisine for its rich taste.i also like italian for spaghetti and lasagna but the most cuisine i prefer is filipino dish.it's very delicious and yummy at the same time.i really like adobo,mechado and grilled chicken.they also have exotic dishes like balut,sawa etc...i hope you could try and rate it for yourself.
