Do you get ID at the liqour store? / myLot

I just went to grab some things for the gathering this weekend and was asked for my ID. I have only been carded a number of times in my life. Just seems weird everytime they ask. My friend gets carded everytime she goes.

I very rarely drink. But recently I went into a bar with a friend, and I got carded just to walk in, before we ever even ordered anything. It was the strangest thing. I'm 33, and definitely look older than 21. They didn't ask my friend to see his ID either, just mine.

@ricki_911 I always get told I look like I'm in my mid 20s. The guy I was with kept saying the guy just asked for my ID for some creepy reason. He referred to me as his girlfriend after that, and made it known that we were going home together, around that guy. Ha. It did work out that we had met somewhere else so we were together in my car at the bar. Of course when we left the bar, I really took him back to his car and then went home alone, since he isn't really my boyfriend. Haha.

@carlaabt I once had a guy literally follow me around the bar, and sitting wrapping his arm around me.He then was chatting me up, I was at a birthday celebration with my parents and older brother. My older brother was like do you know that guy should I bet him up.

That is weird! I know I rarely get carded, but I've been told I look older.But a friend who I think looks older always gets carded.
