Green Mole Update

Saw the doctor and he said it is not a mole. He said I was bitten by something; more than likely one of those really small, white spiders. He said the green was the poison left by 'whatever' and the black dot was the dried, dead blood. So a deep sigh of relief on my part. At least it wasn't a scorpion; I'd have been in real trouble. Yeehaw!!

That is good it was not a dangerous skin mole then Nanette. Did he give you any topical skin cream or anything?

He asked if I had any cream @TiarasOceanView and I told him I had some triple-antibiotic cream at home. So I'm covered.

I've only found 1 scorpion (well, the cats did), in my house and that was 2 years ago. You can bet your sweet bippy he didn't survive @kevin1877uk .

Are you allergic to scorpions? We have them here in CA. I've never been bitten by one, but I hear it hurts like a bee sting. A couple of friends have been bitten. There are really dangerous scorpions elsewhere in the world.

Yeah, the bite of a scorpion is not the highlight of someone's day, that's for sure @TheHorse . I even got attacked by over 100 bees one time. I was violently ill for 6 hours and then I was fine. I had a few swollen lumps left but I was lucky, I could have gone into anaphylactic shock. And I can't begin to tell you how many bites I have received from Fire Ants.

Happy hear that you are safe. I think it will cure timely. Think positively take your green mol as a fashion spot. I have bitten by scorpion years ago. Freezing and Pain is high , but it will cured after three or four days.

I get your relief that what bit you wasn't a scorpion, but the idea of being bitten by small, white spiders isn't very comforting, either!

The only kind of spider that isn't too bad is the Grandaddy Longlegs @RonElFran . I use to wake up in the middle of the night when I was a kid and they were all over me. Thankfully they don't bite.
