I have not been keeping up with exercising, but I have not been over eating either and I have been drinking a lot of water. I definitely need to keep to my exercises, but it gets a bit difficult when I am so tired and not getting enough sleep. My son hasn't been on schedule for whatever reason so my sleep gets interrupted. We have to go grocery shopping soon and I need to make a list of things to get that will help me stick to better choices and I don't know how to go about it. I think what I'll do is get more fruit and veggies along with yogurt and low calorie foods. I am open to any suggestions. How is your fitness journey going?

No not really, that's taken a back seat. I have been over the years, but not so much now. I do, do a lot walking into town which is about 2 miles away.

There is no fitness journey to talk about here But I never put on weight no matter how much I eat. So weight has not been a problem till now.

Going pretty awesome, thanks for asking :) I am simply following my enthusiasm, as the channeled alien Bashar suggested, and it's going epic. Not only am I doing OK, I have enough energy to help others on their path. Massage, pressure points, really clears the channels if you do it right ;)
