Random Word Post – metooism

I find a random word by flipping through my 2003 The New Webster’s Concise Dictionary and write a quick – often silly – little post about it. # “metooism – The practice of representing as one’s own the popular or successful policies of another, esp. a political rival.” This is one of those words that is surprising that they actually took the time to write up a definition and put it in the dictionary. Of course, now when you write up political posts, you can comment on a candidates metooism, and know that’s an actual word. Even if the spellcheck doesn’t recognize it.
