Paint The Sky Challenge: Outside My Front Door!

I have seen so many beautiful sunrise and sunset photos, inspired by the Paint The Sky challenge started by @Raelove . It has been breathtaking.
I thought I would share a photo I took of a sunset outside my front door. I have been stressed out lately, and going through some of the photos I found this one.
And I was reminded that I was having a glass of ice cold fruit juice and looking up at the sky, when I used my cell phone to snap this shot, because I was so relaxed and enjoying that moment when the sun is about to set.
It was a bit of peace after a busy day, a blissful lull before a busy night of having to start dinner. A time to catch my breath and enjoy the magnificent colours in the sky before the stars winked on.

what a beaut! i do adore me a purty sunset 'r sunrise fer that matter. got hundreds'f photo's 'f such. i find it most calmin' to peruse through 'em when i'm havin' a wonky day.

I have seen so many gorgeous sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. I am going to miss them when I get home, the water makes them bigger.
