On Teenagers and Their Facebook Pictures

I may be just old but for the life of me, I cannot understand why teenagers like posing for pictures with their tongues sticking out. I would rather see their pretty and happy faces with smiles. They are such beautiful kids, but sticking their tongue out is really off for me. I am all for the good old smile for picture taking, or even wacky faces with the tongue out if that's what the photo is meant for. But for it to be the rave, I'm sorry but it's not for me.

I don't like it either. Kids think that it's cool. Yeah, it's cool but not for long. It's not a good representation of your self on social media.

@Raine38 They will but they will find another face that looks like "wacky pose" soon.

I am sure they will grow up from that phase soon. But I also find the same among adults, and that really is something.

I don't care for most of the pictures teens post now. Their also half dressed sometimes which isn't cute at all either.

@LovingMyBabies I had noticed that teenagers are starting to be weird with their outfit.

I remember that I looked cute and girly when I was 14. Nowadays 14 year olds wear tops that push up their bosom, sometimes makes you wonder that thy develop so fast.

Youngsters are so different. It always come into trend. During my time, most of the people used to have a sing of peace with their index and middle finger. I don't do as my generation does. With these kind of gestures, I think it varies from generation to generation.

All I can think is that this is Kiss' signature gesture. But these kids don't even know who they are, not their interest in music lies with what they play. Oh well!

I can't cope with the incessant selfies. Luckily I don't have to as I'm not on FB and don't have a mobile phone.
