How much longer?

This winter has been so different from last year. We have had a lot less snow, but instead of big storms, we seem to get a little bit every day. At least that has been the story this week.
Once again this morning, the trees are white, not quite as much as in the picture. We have had some fairly mild days, but now the temperature is dropping and we are going to have a cold weekend. It won't seem so bad if the sun shines, but the wind makes it seem much colder.
We are almost half way through February, so know the winter weather can't last that much longer.

We have had quite a winter so far. Some very mild days, some great storms, rain, snow, and lots of fog. I like fog and living down by the river we get quite a bit of it here. I wish we could have a mild summer this year but am afraid it is going to be just the opposite. We have had over the average amount of snow this year and so I hope that the drought isn't going to be a problem this year.

It is true we don't have a lot of snow, but I have found that it is no where near as cold as it was last year. Sure, we have had our fair share of minus 20 or 30 degree weather, but fewer than last winter. Honestly I'm happy about that. It has made things a little easier.

It's been really cold here the last 3 days, factor in the wind chill and it's below zero. Come on spring already.

I am glad that you reminded me here that the month is almost half over, that helps. It was bitterly cold today. Tomorrow I'm off of work and I need to get some blood work done really early in the morning. There isn't a lot of parking, so I park around the corner so that those who have limited mobility can use the little parking that there is, I can walk. I'll have to bundle up to walk.
