I suppose that if you try to help the young lady and forget about the old lady, you appear as an egoist and rude person and the young lady will ignore you, so help the other lady first.

Wow. this is funny topic.if I were at that situation I would help that old lady firstly. because helping others is important thing for me.because that beautiful girl they can do that by herself. by the way I am a young woman . so you know .
