Stir fry brinjal and potatoes for lunch. / myLot

Well me and my sister in law finished cooking lunch meal. We mad some egg gravy with stir fry brinjal and potatoes. My family likes crispy potatoes and brinjal fry they are veggie lovers. We are going to eat it with homemade chapati(flattenbread). I hope the lunch would be tasty as we put our efforts worth it.

I had to search what brinjal is so it's a kind of eggplant, and the recipe with curry looks great. Your lunch sounds delicious, wish i can taste Pakistani cooking someday

Sounds like an interesting meal, though I don't know what brinjal is.
