Now that's not a phrase that normally comes out of my mouth but today is President's Day so I'm off from work. Add in the fact that my husband just booked our spring break vacation to Cozumel and I am in an excellent mood! Even the snow that is falling can't bring me down. My husband is also off so we are going to go out for lunch and a couple of cocktails. Then when we get home I am planning to try a recipe for "Creamy Mushroom Soup". We shall see how that turns out. I love mushrooms so I am hoping for a hit with this one. Those are the big plans on this end of the computer. What is everyone else up to today?

Dumb question from me: where are you taking your Spring vacation? No snow here but hubby was off work so we went to town for groceries then a little walk with the pups. Sweet warm almost spring weather here. Kind of makes me nervous cause I'm waiting for a horrid storm to blast us next.
