I wasn't thinking about it! (Dream symbol)

I looked up in a portion of a dream I had last night. I was looking up at a sign for Mcdonald's. Above the sign was my maiden surname. Another peculiarity is that even though it was Mcdonald's, I somehow knew that they were cooking Burger King food.
Really odd, I never went into the restaurant in my dream. We were just parked by it and I happened to look up at the sign.
Been thinking about it all day and what it might mean. I wasn't thinking of my ancestry or anything of the sort before bed, so it seemed to come out of nowhere.

Maybe you was hungry. lol That's a silly dream. Or maybe it's telling you to own a restaurant.

I did wake up hungry, and dreams happen in the 30 seconds before you wake up, so that could have contributed to it.

Dreams work off of the subconscious mind. So we may not be aware of where the subject matter of the dream may have come from. I think we tend to spend a lot of time trying to figure these things out when actually the subconscious works in miraculous ways.

Yes it was a very vivid dream. In one part I was meant to be "teleported" to another floor of the building and I had real fear towards it. It was clear and vivid with a lot of different symbols strewn in.

Maybe you were dreaming of fast food? I sometimes dream of food and the next day I'll have to get that particular food item, ha-ha.

@ScribbledAdNauseum Oh yes! That is my usual from Burger King. 
That was the only burger I was allowed to have as my mom would say that's the only healthiest item on the menu hahaha.

@infatuatedbby I guess it probably is one of the least processed items. I got them a lot because there was always coupons for them. "A free original chicken sandwich with the purchase of another." etc. I havent' seen any burger king coupons in awhile though.

Well I haven't had Burger King in quite some time. It could be that as I would love to have an Original Chicken Sandwich. Have you ever had one of theirs?

No not always. I've never heard of that interpretation but it does fit for my current situation for sure.

@silvermist Perhaps. Not all dream symbols are relevant to everyone. What I mean is, some dream symbols mean different things to different people.

I wouldn't let it worry you. Personally, I don't give much credence to dreams, not until they start coming true. Those are just plain freaky, and yes I have had those. But I don't see anything like that happening especially since McDonald's won't be cooking Burger King food.

Oh that wasn't the whole dream. THat was just one of the funny / peculiar parts. The dream continues on and gets a bit weirder. I do believe that my dreams are trying to tell me something. There are still those dreams that I don't really hold much stock in though.
