Maintain a chart for their heights and weights.Check wheather they are follwoing correct milestones.Give vaccination at the proper time.Introduce variety of foods one by one --liquid,semi solid,solid foods by consulting with Physician

i feel its very important to have their shots up to date and they get a physical every 6 month.
