Are You Control Freak?

In my work place, they tend to control everything. Some staff has the power to execute their designated responsibilities, but it seems the way it done is being done in-control. The bottom line, they are control freak as if they overused their power. “Is it tolerable with this kind of working environment?” If the people surround you have no sense of sensitivity to the feelings of their subordinates. Probably, if they have the chance to find better opportunity, each one of them will end the connection with the company. It is fine to be in power, as long as you portray the role with good leadership.

No company will survive with staff that is disgruntled. Managing is an art and managers need to get a grasp of it. A manager most of all should delegate and let their staff do their job without breathing down their neck.

@allknowing I definitely agree. The employees should work based on their job descriptions. It is not healthy that the performance is being monitored by time to time.
