Best time to workout in the Gym..?

Hello friends, I´ve been working out in the gym from a long time and I normally go to gym after I return from office. I work out everday from 7 to 9 after whole day of work . I think sometimes that working out in the evening is better or in the Morning. Many of you might think that the morning time is much better because it makes your whole day go better and you feel energise, but is that true, after you wake up and workout hard in the gym, you already have lost your morning energy and then I wonder if that keeps enough energy for the rest of the day . I think the evening time suits the best coz when you workout in the gym in the evening , you are putting all your effort after woking whole day and that is when your body starts pumping up and you get tired as hell and you sleep pretty good. What do you think guys , what is your opinion ?

I totally agree with you. One of my friends used to say how she would get up early and work out. The morning work out seemed to make her more energized. I always felt that getting up early and working out made me tired. Working out after work and letting off some steam would help me sleep better.

@simpleliving3251120 Thanks Amy Glad to know that your view matches with what I think. The only time I prefer to workout in the morning is during weekends, so that in the afternoon I can rest and regain the lost energy. Hope your Sunday is going well so far.
