A visit to The Stick Man

There is a famous book called The Stick Man. It was written by Julia Donaldson. ( She is amazing and has also written The Gruffalo ). Anyway, today we took the children from our nursery to a Stick Man trail. You simply follow the clues hidden around the woods and finally you find a Stick Man. I'm not sure who was more excited .... me or the children.
We went in the school mini bus and had a lovely morning out. Lots of fun . It was great to get the children into the great outdoors.

It's a great book, and it was on TV over Christmas. I recorded it for the 'kids', but really, it was for me, as I love it. I am a child at heart. I'm Stick Man, I'm Stick Man, I'M STICK MAN!, that's me.

ha ha ... you would have loved it today then ....AND .... the Gruffalo was still there. x

@Orson_Kart didn't realize there was a new mylot . Been off a little while as we have had several deaths in the family. Will take a look though .... thanks for the info x
