Is it difficult to wake up on Monday Mornings ?

Hello Friends, It´s Monday morning and as usual it is difficult for me to wake up early and get ready to go to the office. This happens to me every Monday. I work on Saturdays too and that gives me only 1 day to rest and do my house chores in one day and it´s more difficult to do everything in one day so I end up sleeping late in the night and then it becomes very difficult for me to wake up in the Monring. How do you feel about it ? Do you feel energise as it´s the start of the week or it´s just as the same for me ?

I work a traditional Monday through Friday job, Monday isn't difficult for me usually to get up, my hardest day of the week for getting out of bed is Thursday. I don't know if it's the approaching weekend or if by Thursday I'm just so tired from the work week, but it's by far the hardest day of the week for me. I wake up on the weekends around the same time as I do during the week which is 5, I just don't set an alarm on the weekends. Hope you get more energy as the day progresses.

@beaniefanatic13 (4219) Thanks for the reply. It´s really different to know that for you the most difficult day to wake up is Thursday. I can imagine that by the time the week comes to an end, we tend to lose all the energy and also that we have made our mindset to that particular cycle. For me, Thursday comes just like another day and I look forward for Saturday to come, that gives me a little energy to finish up my weekly tasks and be up to date on my work. I don´t wake up early at all on Sunday, I be all Starfish in my bed and my Puppy comes and jumps on me and he seems to be my Alarm clock on Sundays... lol Thanks for the response. wow..that´s nice..so how do you spend your whole day ? just doing house chores , spending time with family ? reading ?
