Can Roman Reigns be a top face in WWE?

It comes as no surprise to me that Roman Reigns won the number one contender match for the WWE title at Fast Lane on Sunday because I think the HHH vs Roman Reigns feud needs the big payoff of a Wrestlemania match if WWE has any hope of Roman Reigns becoming and remaining a top babyface(good guy) in the company
what do the wrestling fans of LOT think?
Can Roman Reigns be a top face in WWE?

He already is but he is a polarizing figure. Women,Children and casuals loves him while Men and Smarks hated him. All he have going on is looks. The fact that Sasha Banks is a better wrestler than him tells a lot. He need to have a better moveset because there are wrestlers who are more talented and charismatic than he is. He should prove he is more than the rock's cousin.

You know he does not get to pick his move set right? I get the feeling you don't like big men. I wonder if it was 1991 and we were talking about the Undertaker would you feel the same?
Sasha Banks is not a better wrestler, in fact they are pretty much the same. WWE is pushing them now because they see potential in them

@JDDANGER One of my favorite Wrestlers in NXT is Colin Cassidy and he is 7 foot tall. So my dislike of Roman Reigns have somethign to do with his wrestling skills and his nepotism support.
I still believe Sasha is better than him because of her NXT matches and she started wrestling as a teenager.
Reigns needed to have flashier moveset if he wanted to get the smark support. Well he gets the casual audience support now thanks to the ladies who finds him attractive.
At the Main roster I am more interested with Cesaro, Who is talented but sadly stuck in the midcard hell. Aj Styles who I hope will get a huge push even though he is a TNA original.

@CaptAlbertWhisker You know that you are acting like a smart mark right now right?...You have brought up the fact that Roman is the Rock's cousin more then I have heard it on WWE programming in 3 months
Let me be clear..I am not a big fan of Roman myself..I just can't believe how typical your criticism of him is...it is like you have been told your age group should hate him..so you do
just like my generation was told to like Hulk Hogan so most of us did and how young fans today have grown up being told to like Cena so they do
I think for a big guy...Roman moves well and uses power moves well...the SuperMan punch is a lackluster move but it does show what he is, agile and powerful
what flashy moves would you like to see Roman do?
I think to take the next step in WWE Roman has to get better on the mic. He has to be able to have at least 50% of the crowd behind him most of the time
That being said he cut a very intense promo Monday night. It is coming
I like Sasha and I am pretty sure she will win the Diva's title at Mania. I just think she is raw
it has been awhile since I have seen Colin work but I do like him and I hope he and his stable get a call up to the main roster after Mania
Cesaro is hurt but I would love to see him get a bigger push. I think he works better as a heel with a manager
I am sure AJ will get a slow build to a big push

My problem with Roman is that he doesn't have a gimmick. Kevin Owens is the Prizefighter, Dolph Ziggler is The Showoff, Ambrose is The Lunatic Fringe. Reigns is still the "Former Powerhouse of The Shield"
He needs to have a gimmick. Like Ambrose, he doesn't get injured too often, so he is a reliable top star. But he needs a gimmick.

His Gimmick is that he is The Rock's cousin. Another Gimmick he has, He is the Uso's and Tamina's luckier cousin because they were jobbing as he gets a push.

what you describe is not really a gimmick..It is a nic name or catch phase and in that vain he has The Roman Empire. I do agree that he needs to step away from his Shield look and show more personality
