A Good Gaming and Utility PC build

I have been surfing the net for about 10 hours now and listing down all the possible combinations between different computer parts trying to find the cheapest yet most reliable, fast, gaming capable, basically an allrounder but focuses a bit more on the gaming aspect of it. Share your opinion, thoughts and suggestions. "I am an open book"

Just a basic thought. Pick your game and find out its specs then match it for comparison from suppliers. Pay special attention to the video portion. Last thought. Consider building your own PC?
