"Bush says alternative interrogation is not torture."

As reported by CNN. What's the difference between interrogation and alternative interrogation? When they've got to come up with a different name to describe something, because they are not actually doing what they should be doing, I think they've got a problem. What do you think?

Interrogation and alternative interrogation are the same. The difference is torture in normal chamber or sound proof chamber
