Some of the things that lowers your stress level are: Exercise: go on walk, jog, walk on tread mill Meditation: meditation is a great stress reliever Yoga: yoga is a combination of meditation and exercise. Gardening (if you are interested) Feel good movies

I prefer sitting in the park and watching the people. I feel the stress will be relieved seeing an entertainment live.

Good suggestions you gave us for reducing stress! Those ideas also help in lowering blood pressure, so off I go to walk the dog.
