Here is a recovery process that works Start with drinking in alternate days and then continue to increase non drinking days (in two days, in three days, in four days etc.) Start with taking less. If you take 200 ml, than reduce to 180 ml, stick on this for sometime, then reduce to 150ml, continue doing this until you are at zero.
