I came across a friend this morning on the town proper and he was tremendously furious. I asked him what the reason was. He told me that the drugstore assistant did not allow him to buy the necessary medicine on behalf of his grandfather. He said that he was able to present the identification card and the senior citizen medicine booklet to no avail. I further asked him if he was able to present an authorization letter. He did not. I advised him he should present it because that is actually rules. I told him that he cannot blame the drugstore assistant because he was just following the rule so that it won’t compromise their health and business compliance. As much as we want to get mad but we have to think that rules are governed to maintain order and guidance.
