How do you go about venting your frustrations?

I generally tend to lower my pitch, and then let my frustrations out in one single sentence, that no one seems to understand. And I also talk to myself a lot when I'm frustrated about something. So how do you guys deal with frustrations? Also, am I weird/mentally ill for talking to myself when I'm frustrated?

no, youre not weird. i talk to myself a lot too but not in a weird way of course. when i get frustrated, i rather keep silent. i dont go on ranting in front of someone else. sometimes i write, its one way for me to let it out.

That's a good idea. I'll write more when I'm frustrated. Thanks joy! :)

If you are working in a big company, and in an open office, you better learn to cope in other ways. Your colleagues may think that you are talking to them.

If I am frustrated I will try to keep away from the frustrated place and change the mind in a refresh mood by engaging any thing interesting.

I always think that it's useless being frustrated, and I left being it.

I keep my mouth shut. I don't want to utter a single word that I might regret in the end. Also, I do a lot of cleaning. It helps me release whatever pent up emotions I have.
