I Woke Up Excited This Morning

Have you ever had one of those days that just excites you before you even open your eyes? I did this morning.
I woke up excited to get started with my manuscripts. In fact I've already put grammar spell check on Scarred and fixed a couple typos, and now I want to sink my teeth into this novel and make it better than ever.
Last night I was working on Freedom's Cry, which is the fourth in the series, and I needed a question answered that has plagued me for quite a while. I didn't think it would be easy to find the answer, but I got it on the first try. That never happens, so this morning I was doing some work on Scarred and later I will be getting Freedom's Cry straightened out as well, and then move forward once again with both projects.
I am determined that the second editions of Scarred, Manifest Destiny, and Stowaway will be better than the first, and Freedom's Cry will benefit from all I'm learning as I get those three ready for their new debut.
Tonight is also Writer's Guild, and I can't wait to get back to that. We didn't meet last month due to a snowstorm that shut down the city. It's snowing again today, but not as bad, though we already have half an inch at least.

Things are looking up so far today. My oldest is also gone and hopefully at work. It's a great day, and I'm going to enjoy every moment of it.

I am so happy right now I'm smiling ear to ear. I'll be taking my son to school in a short while then I will have the house to myself for the rest of the day. I won't be picking him up from school until after Writer's Guild tonight, so I should get a lot done today with my writing and even some housework that needs doing.

@Scindhia The highlight - I did so much yesterday, which is still today since I haven't been to bed yet. It is 1:30 AM. I'm going to have to say getting some work done on my novel. I completed another two chapters of editing as I move forward with it and complete the novel and ready it for publication.

I got everything on my hopeful list done. I got two more chapters worked on, so moving forward with Freedom's Cry. I hope to work on both novels tomorrow/today.

It is and I feel so energized. I have a lot I want to accomplish today and I believe I can do it.

It was a great day. I've been through the notifications once, got some dishes done, I know, not all of them, but at least I did them, and Writer's Guild was great tonight. I invited a friend to go with me, and she went, she's also writing a biography about one of her children. It was a great meeting. I've also worked on two chapters of my current manuscript, and now I'm back to work on notifications again. It's been a full but productive day for me.

Yes it does, and I got a lot done yesterday. Now I hope I can have the same motivation today as well.
