So that we could accept who we are and have a better, if not, the best version of ourselves.

That's a beautiful way of putting it. I also feel the importance of loving your yourself is to have the ability to show true love to whats important to you in life because if one cannot love themselves they will not understand the true meaning of what love is they will be of lust and not love

@Noloveis True, that is so relevant in relationships. I'm applying that right now so that when the right guy comes along, I'll have so much love to give.
