Hello and good evening everyone. It is almost 8pm here at the Jersey Shore and 31 very cold degrees. We had snow all night and all day. Several inches stuck to yards and other surfaces but luckily the roads stayed clear so everyone's day was able to go on normally. I took a lovely long nap after work so I only just got up about an hour ago. This may or may not affect my bed time. I may be in bed at my normal time or I may be up until 1 am. You never can tell how a long nap is going to affect me. I guess we will just have to wait and see. I'm working on my grocery list. I'm not going to try any new recipes next week because I want to keep the cost down. I have chicken and lettuce in the freezer so I'm going to make Mexican chicken taco(less) salads one night. I also have plenty of fresh broccoli so I want to make broccoli-cheese soup. I'm checking the recipes, seeing what I have, and adding what I don't have to the list. The good news is that I have most of what I need already which saves me money. That's what is going down over here. What is everyone else up to tonight? I want to know!
