Brother wouldn't tell me

Philippines
March 7, 2016 5:18pm CST
Just received a call from his this early morning but instead looking for my mom. Minutes later she told me that my niece was throwing up and had been sent to the emergency room. Must be something she ate, this is not good. Unfortunately, their maid is on vacation and my mom's friend is the house. I feel sad about this but what's sad is that he didn't' bother to tell me.

He might not want to disturb or bother you and would prefer telling it to your mom who could advise them on what to do. Or, he was busy attending to the needs of his daughter. That happens a lot. What's important is that your niece is now being attended by medical specialists.

she told me later @whiteream and it's hard to believe she had this problem too, since her mom had the same dilemna like this.

@Letranknight2015 that would be a reason why he didn't tell you.

Well, it could be that it's your mother who knows of what better things to do about a child who was rushed to the ER because of that .

I agree @SIMPLYD and because our doctor wasn't there so she was immediately admitted to ER.

Don't feel bad. Sometimes you just want to talk to your Mom, your brother was upset, remember?

That's alright he probably feels more comfortable talking to mom about it. I'm sure he knows that you will know when mom lets you in on it.
