There are times when you associate food to a certain feeling or memory. Comfort food as what we may call it. It gives us sentimental feeling whenever we want or crave for it. My comfort foods are grilled sandwich with chips on the side. I crave for these foods whenever I have weird feelings about something. Have you had any comfort food also?

I look for some snacks like the cheap ones. I will just go to a store and buy things up. I think we have this kind of cravings when under the spell of stress.

Yes, I totally agree. I tend to eat comfort foods also when I'm so tired of my daily routines.
