Rain, Rain, Rain!

The storm rolled in this afternoon with a bang, thankfully I was home before it hit, but I did have to run back to the store as we needed a filter for the air conditioner and couple other things. Hubby said he would take me though, so I got door to door service, which was good, it was pouring sheets!
Poor Cam is in hiding again, she really doesn't like thunder.
My understanding is that the weather will keep on rolling in storm after storm for the next few days, so we shall see how much mylotting I can do, depends on if we have power or not.

I should get more chores done, I prob wont though, extra work making me tired.

@Jessicalynnt I just got back from a big day. Two meetings and one kid client. A medium length hike. Strangely, I was/am less tired than usual after a long day. I think I'll write a progress note and then see if I have any mojo left.

are you in the west? I wonder if it was this storm, just before it got to us, we are at the southern end too, it looks like it is rolling across most of the length of america

We are being absolutely deluged with rain and storms here in central Texas @Jessicalynnt . It's suppose to keep going for the next couple of days. My cats are all hiding under the furniture because of the thunder and lightning. My stupid donkeys are standing under a tree instead of in their lean-to. Go figure.

@Jessicalynnt Sorry - if the power goes out we have no water as all water comes via courtesy of an electric pump. So I fill a bucket or three for coffee and flushing the toilet.
