Why are men and woman so different

I had seen this guy a couple times, he then make this big stink when my friend @Italian123 and I went out to the male dancers. I just ignored him honestly, before that his habits were on and off. He then shows up at my work, unannounced now some wouldnt think was an issue except I never told him where I worked (I told him the company but there is tons through canada and the us) so honestly 3 being the same drive to east, south, and west.
He then text me about a 4 or so days later say he was dating someone else. So I dropped that walked off brushed my hands off. Well roughly a week goes by he text me again saying he wants to go out for coffee. I go seriously why, you picked some other girl then when she ditches you you crawl back. He then starts texting again when I brought up him coming into my work he denied it all.
So seeing as @Italian123 is my manager I said she swore up and down she saw on the work videos and said it was him. So yesterday he admits it was him that came in. I went out last night so I never replied.
Now tonight he texts me then we tried making plans for Sunday yesterday. Today I said so what time are we go out. Sudden flip, just oh ok replies, or I dont know. So I said forget it not wasting my time with this loser. I said then explain to me one thing then why did you come to my work (when I never told him). He then starts denying saying hes only been in 2 locations and lists them off (yet he admits yesterday he was in my store). But he asks where do you work. Well you admit you were there, then you suddenly have been in 2 locations (yet 2 seconds later he didnt know where I worked).
I just want to be a *&(*&(*T%$% and play this little game until he cries.

Sounds like you are dealing with a strange one, but typical behavior. If I get dumped by a girl that's sadly the end. I go elsewhere. Of course, sometimes I don't take it well if it's out of nowhere. But after the initial swell of anger I calm down and do other things.

I have him on facebook and the girl he supposeable dated for the week he dated last year around this time (but I assume since this last a week).
I mean when he said he picked this girl, I was like see yea. He keeps crawling back, yet when I say why should I since the next girl will come along and you keep me as back up.
Why deny something you were caught in.
I can see being upset but seriously they dated for a week. I figured that is why he stopped texting or wanting to go out.
I only assume this girl started texting him again and testing waters doesnt want him, but he thinks she does.
I am just ignoring him, but cant see what his stupid mind set or how he is thinking.

@ricki_911 Probably trying to see if you are jealous or missing him. He probably wants and easy way back into the relationship. It's most likely a pride issue. He doesn't want to feel like he lost a gamble and to him you're a safe bet. Better make sure you stay unsafe and send him elsewhere!

@OneOfMany I think he is very desperate and will grab onto anything. In the weeks we talked then some other girl drops everything and hes to her then to me. When I said something he denies knowing where I worked, and then when I said it was on cam era. I just said I wanted to know why you were there. He then goes back to denying being there yet yesterday said he was.
I am too old to be playing games with little boys. I think he lacks experience with woman and just doesnt know what he wants. Yet, realizes I can still have my own life without him. The feww weeks we went out and talked he was constant and apparently he sees himself in 10 years buying a house with me.

@ricki_911 That is creepy status, what was he doing in your area if he's 1.5 hours away though! He had the time to go visit all the locations of your company to see if you're there. And, even if he found you ~ what is he going to do? "Say Hi".

@infatuatedbby Exactly, but he never said anything to me either. So I have no clue. I am giving up on guys all together. Most of them act like this, and I cant figure it out.

My last ex was like this as well. I am curious is it low self esteem, or what.
But I told him the company but didnt tell him the town (unless he visited all the ones until he found me). But then again he lives 1.5 hours from me as well.
