I am a foodie with sweet tooth. it is really hard for me to leave the sweets. Any tips to still lose some weight?

one vital advice which will work like magic Its simple but yet very effective Its like i give u one kg of sweets and tell you to finish it within a minute you might nearly finish it off ... may be But here is the trick you eat a piece of the same sweet for half an hour or so eat it as slow as possible taking in smaller chunks enjoy the smaller bits feel the subtle taste of the sweets or any food eat slowly enjoy it . you might ask how will it help here is how it works if your mind gets accustomed or your taste receptors gets pacified by the slow stimulation of the sweet taste, the urge comes down to a major extent and by this you can surely cut down on your sweets intake all the best DR.Aayyush Rajalinga

Not easy when one likes sweets. Maybe more walking and cutting down a little on sweets,

Need to compensate the sweet food by exercise or walk or having more fibre diet.
