Sniff Kiss

What is a sniff kiss? Instead of kissing with your lips like you normally would - you tuck your lips together/lips are hidden and kiss by sniffing your nose/smelling the cheek. This is a common Asian method of kissing, a way of showing affection and love. Do you sniff kiss? When I was younger - my aunt would always sniff kiss me and a lot of babies get sniff kissed also. When I got sniff kissed - I would always go wash my face, but I guess it's better than being physically kissed by a relative, etc.

I'd never heard of this. I never minded Grandma kisses and all that sort of thing.

Really who does this, how strange that is to sniff kiss. I wouldn't like that at all and find it very strange.

I have never tried sniff kissing before. As a kid, elders love to pull my cheeks and kiss them. They called me hamburger cheeks. Now that I'm all grown and my cheeks are gone they lament that I'm no longer cute anymore.

No, we are big huggers and kissers in our family. Lips, cheeks, and air kisses if I'm wearing lipstick.

I kiss my nephew on the cheek (he's still a toddler) and besides that no one else. Well, my boyfriend but that's a given.

I have never heard of this sniff kiss. It sounds weird to me lol. I do not like sniffing people or them sniffing me. I would not want to smell their odor or them smell me if I have any odor. I don't know why they have to tuck their lips in for this they should be able to just lean in close and sniff someone without touching their lips to them. So odd lol

Like you close/zip your lips. Lol, and sniff them. I know it's weird haha but it's actually very commonly used in the Asian culture. We don't show much affection (majority) but now many adopted the American tradition. Hehe. Sniff kiss is actually searchable on the internet too and there is a photo haha.
