I am practicing yoga since 20 years. I started, because I suffered from severe back ache. No medicine, traction could help me. They were all like stop gap arrangements and were helpful for short period. Today my back ache is under control.Along with yoga I do even Pranayama and this has helped me to control my BP. Yoga has to be done on regular basis. This is not quick fix solution for any chronic ailments.
