Went to get my glasses fixed this weekend

I had posted about my glasses something being wrong with them. I thought I'd bring them back to where I bought them. I went in and just explained that I can't see out of them,if they could look at them. Well as soon as I brought this up 3 workers including the mananger came running at me screaming. Now I am not new to glasses nor shopping at this store (I've been a customer for 20 years). I said since they r efused to look at them I want to return them since you hae 30 days. They start screaming at me saying I couldn't. I stomped out and went to another town (same store), and the sales rep were disgusted how I was treated. They had the one who makes the glasses, he helped me out and was great. Now I have to wait to pick them up. I emailed head office to file a complaint with LensCrafters. They refused to look at them,nor return them and while screaming and belittling me. I paid $600 for those glasses and couldn't even see out of them.

Let it be published, in some post news on facebook, on twitter let everyone know that a company that has both prestige claims to be called the best in their field and are rude to people, people to see and learn about the situation for they rectify and know that we are all worthy human beings, also you went to buy and pay your lenses with money, not beg for free lenses, your money is worth a lot!
