Thanks God!
The past days were no different since I got this big C in 2001. Oh, yes, I had "rest days" too. It started when, after undergoing the usual blood tests & body scan, my Doc said my cancer is on remission.
But I haven't savored much its joy, because after 3 years, it came back.
Even if I was in shock upon learning of the bad news, I told my Doc., "maybe it forgot something, that's why it came back!"
Ha! Ha! Ha!
That was in January 2014.
So, I have it again. From then on, the trips to Doctors & hospitals continued. In fact, those seem to be an ordinary part of my life & that of my loved ones. Since 2001, nothing is new, except, I still wake up every morning!
Wow!
Been in this for more than 15 years now. My Endocrinologist said, I am one of his lucky patients to have survived this long! That, for me is a very big blessing!
BTW, how are you all doing? I missed you!

Thanks so much, my dear Momma ( @jaboUK ), for communicating with me, despite my absence here. Just like what I promised you, once I'm back to at least 50% of my usual self, I will join you again in myLot.

Honestly, I felt so sad to know that your cancer has recurred. Rest assured that just like with Ingrid,and some of my other friends here at mylot, i will include you in my prayer each morning. Now, I wonder if you have resorted into all natural way to cure it. I have a friend who was able to fight cancer using the all natural method. She takes concoction of guyabano leaves and also all bitter leaves like serpentina. Her diet consists mostly of raw organic fruits and vegetables and lots of food she never touches anymore including meat, processed meats, products with milk and a lot more.

@KnehKnah my friend guyabano and apple cider are anti cancer indeed. Also, you have to boost the good cells of your body so they could overtake the cancer cells. More raw organic vegetables and fruits in your diet will surely help you. Have you tried fresh malunggay juice? It is bitter but adding apple cider vinegar will neutralize the bitterness. Also talbos ng camote is also great anti cancer food. Avoid fruits and vegetables with chemicals, there are a lot of them especially the imported ones. Those gathered from our backyard is very safe. I hope you are not eating meat anymore because meat is the food of cancer and also sugary and milky food. I am sorry i am talking too much. I am just so concerned because cancer runs in our family as well but by God's grace, healthy eating and healthy lifestyle have been really helpful.

@salonga what kind of cancer did your friend have, and how long has she been in remission? did she have, then stopped, medical treatments before going all natural? does your friend also avoid sugar?

Yes, my dear Willmah, thank you!
I still have maintenance meds but these are no longer 17 tabs/caps, since 2001.
I drink guyabano tea every morning (before breakfast), after few weeks, it"s apple cider vinegar with honey.
Feeling better than with all the tabs & caps!
