Do You Take Sides?

What do you do when you are in the middle of two friends bickering?
Do you take sides when your siblings argue?
Whose side do you take or do you even take sides?
Just wondering. This afternoon a friend called me and she said that it seems like there is a conflict with her and another friend at work. I do not want to be biased but I actually understad her sentiments.

True. In the end things will get better.. should get better so wise not to take sides. Just listen.

No, I'll let them settle their issues on their own. I have my own issues, taking sides will just add to it.
