Today a lot of people think declaring
Bankruptcy is bad not all ways .let take Kmart for example by them clearing bankruptcy.
They did not have to pay vendors and landlord money they owe the people. It call corporate politics. This gave Kmart the leverage it needed
To buy Sears . Some actually make more money NY declaring bankruptcy.
