How safe we are?

Is funny but at the same time not so funny because this is related to something realy bad, I´m talking about the latest terrorist attacks to Europe, to be more specific to Belgium. So my question is, how safe we are, and i´m doing this question because I recently read a tweet from Portuguese guy that said: Our intelligence police his worried about the internet, about blocking websites that provide copy right content, and the same police they can even know wich porn movie I saw yesterday, but they can not predict the terrorist attack. Like I said, it´s funny,or in this case it was a funny tweet, but realy made me think, how safe we are????
