Can fishes be as tamed as land animals?

A recent study appeared in an article revealed that fishes r also sensitive creatures and they can be trained to respond to commands and gestures.Do u agree.

fish can be trained, even without trying. My mother's goldfish come to the top of the tank for her, every time. They don't do this for anyone else, because she's the only one that feeds them. Whenever she goes near the tank, they think it's feeding time.
