Do You Celebrate Easter?

First of all, Happy Easter everyone! It is Easter Sunday afternoon now. I attended the Mass this morning with family - parents, nephews, and sister. The Priest said that Easter is more important than Christmas. In deed, more than birth and death, Easter is the time we celebrate because Christ has risen. Do you celebrate Easter? We had a simple one. We cooked pork steak, buffalo wings, and rice noodles (pancit) for our lunch get together after the Mass. How did you or would you celebrate yours?

Yes, we celebrate Easter, I have prepared ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach, then I will serve salmon fillets with asparagus and a lemon sauce followed by a strawberry shortcake.

Yes, we celebrate it simple. After attending an early mass, we went to the wet market and buy some meat, veggies and fruits and we make pork adobo and rice noodles and we distribute some to our neighbors.

That is nice. We had a simple celebration too. It is more important that we are with family.

Our family did not celebrate this year, everyone is doing their own family thing with their kids. I just had a lazy day at home and soon will be getting ready to go to bowling night.

We don't go tot church, so I guess you can say we don't celebrate except for a 'special' dinner for the two of us.

I don't celebrate it. I just stay home and work, until I get tired and sleepy.

Well, we had fresh fruits for dessert - melon, watermelon, and papaya. So I guess we had a share of healthy food too. Lol.
