Stamps are too cute to use!

I went to the post office yesterday to drop off some packages and I bought a sheet of stamps. Cashier - Showed me his selection of stamps (2 styles of the American Flag) Me - Do you have any "cute" stamps? Cashier - Um, like what are you interested in? Me - Hearts? Flowers? Anything... cute. Cashier - I don't think we have any cute stamps. Me - *Points to the sign* How about the cherry blossoms? Cashier - Okay! Gosh - men can't tell which stamps are cute! Ha I ended up purchasing this "Gifts of Friendship" stamp - featuring cherry blossoms! Instead of the regular book of 20 stamps, this one had only 12. Are you picky on the stamps you purchase? Or it doesn't bug you? I always like using girly/cute stamps! Photo belongs to me!

I do most things electronically also! But here/there bf/I have some stuff to mail - not too often do I buy stamps so these will last throughout the year. I do prefer the stamps to be cute if possible, if not its okay though hehe.

Yes - the man couldn't. He probably thinks the flags are cuter but he has to think of a female prospective, lol.

@infatuatedbby I am sure that if there were stamps with pinup girls on them he would have found them "cute".

They were too cute to use but I ended up using them. There will be more designs/selections to pick from when I run out.

It's good that you can choose what types of stamps to buy. I can't be picky, as I don't think we have a choice here. Those are quite normal ones, and not cute at all. I'd like to have those beautiful stamps as well.

@infatuatedbby I loved cute stuffs when I was young too. Well, I still like them now, but perhaps not as much as I did. I prefer something that gives me more natural and peaceful feeling now.

Hehe. I have a few here/there but this entire sheet of 12 will last throughout the rest of the year. It was less than $6.

My parents buy bulk @ Costco and they only have the flag. I don't mind too ~ but I like buying cute patterns, I'm a sucker for cute packaging too!

If I am buying - I mind as well get a cute design! They have lots but the branch I visited didn't have a lot of styles on hand and they cost the same. Just as long as you don't buy the collector / unique ones. Hehe. But if I'm getting it from my parents (for free) they usually buy bulk ~ I don't mind, but I don't want to ask them unless I really need a stamp.
