A Friend Rededicated Her Life to Christ Easter Sunday

@HebrewGreekStudies Yes it is wonderful. Pray that she'll go to church Sunday please. You know how Satan will do anything to keep the children of God out of church. Also please pray for a cousin of mine, God knows who she is, that she'll get to church too. I so appreciate your prayers.

@HebrewGreekStudies You are very insightful and wise. I appreciate all you shared and its all so true. I know several of my dear friends who have not gone to church for years and I feel badly for them. The most important thing I can do for them is to pray for them and to reach out to them as the Holy Spirit leads. I love John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son that who ever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life!

@Butchcass4 I will pray for her-with people who are coming back to church, often for the first bit they go...then they drop off...it's that period which is more the concern, because they tend to be isolated and at that time that is when people tend to forget their spiritual welfarfe because they assume that by then that they are fine when in reality...well, when one loses vigilence for their flock, that is when sheep tend to wander...and often no shepherd goes to seek them:/. If your church has a good Bible study group, or cell group, that will be of good help to mitigate the highs and lows-another thing which is helpful is, get her praying for others who have need, when one sees God working it is a good help, and they feel the Holy Spirit near, His witness and comfort is of the most help...people begin to feel God working in them, as you yourself experienced when you brought her to church:). May the Lord Jesus strenthen and confirm her faith, and the Good Sheperd of our souls also confirm your cousin-the Lord's blessing be with you always.

@just4him Yes I know it is totally awesome and the fact that I was a part of it just blows my mind and it humbles me that our great God would include me in such a beautiful situation

@just4him I know isn't it awesome We just let Him lead us and He does all the rest He will bring those who are hungry for Him our way if we let Him and all we have to do is tell them what He's done for us. @louievill Yes I whole heartedly believe to God be the Glory great things He has done so loved He the world that He gave us His Son. Thats from a song but I don't recall the name of it anyone know the name of it?
