Did anyone else get an increase in their home owner's insurance?

We did. It's about 75.00 a year more than last year. I wonder if this is because of property values going up or they are just getting a bit greedy? What are your thoughts on insurance rates going up this year?

Too bad there isn't a way to keep it the same every year like life insurance, lol.
