That's what I read in the news and heard on TV last week. Even in a civilised nation, worse and bizarre events are happening. What more is that the victim is only 8 years old and the bullies are no more around his age. I cannot imagine the trauma of the parents of both sides, the victim and the bullies. In my schooldays, we too fight and bully. But never to the extent to f such horrendous acts.
