Hi myLotters and former fellow bubblers
The title of this post will probably draw different reactions from former bubblers. Many of them are still angry because of Bubblew management's lack of integrity and openness towards their members. Like many ex.bubblers, I left long before that site formally close because of non-payment issues.
Why the title you might ask?
I'm partial to the "half full" attitude in the often quoted expression "Is the glass half full or half empty?" Although a cynic might protest Bubblews drinking the other half which rightfully belong to them. :)
So thank you Bubblews for:
Giving me my first experience of being paid for writing. It has open up possibilities which I never considered before.
This is also my introductory post in myLot where I hope to renew old acquaintance with fellow bubblers and make new ones with myLotters. Thank you and have a nice day.

hello @josie_ This is one reason why I'm thankful to bubblews. I wasn't spending much on my earnings, this is the result. but before this new laptop back in 2014, I bought my first sandugo shoes which i though was for running. So, with that I am also thankful to the site.

@Letranknight _I spent my Bubblews' earnings on groceries and whatnot for my grandchildren. It's too bad the site self-destruct.

Hi Josie, it's good to see you here, it's a great site and I'm sure you will enjoy it.
I am one of those who are grateful to Bubblews, I loved it there and made so many good friends (lots of them are here). I don't believe they intentionally cheated people, it was just that weren't very experienced in running a business.

I started to become inactive back there even before problems were starting to appear. I was busy with work then by April last year, I found out I was pregnant. My firt trimester is always the hardest and that's why I completely disappeared. I only recently found out that Bubblews is no more.

I left bubblews earlier than you did although I would drop by occasionally to read articles posted by still active members. Some may argue that Bubblews admin had good intentions but the site grew too fast for them to handle the logistics But I believe the rules set forth at the very start became the reason for the site's self-destruction.

@josie_ enjoy your lotting here, my friend. I believe this is far better than that sunken bubbling site, which i also am grateful for giving me the chance to hone my writing skills.

Hi Josie, welcome to mylot! I still remember your profile picture.
I was from Bubblews as well. Though I had a few unpaid payments, I did earn quite a decent amount of money from Bubblews when it was still running good. I haven't make so much money online before and even until now. Moreover, I have really learned a lot or know many people from there as well. So, I am still thankful for Bubblews, though it didn't turn out to be good at last.
I am so happy to see many ex-bubblers coming over to mylot. Here, we can start interacting and having fun again! Hope you'll enjoy your time here!

@Yar_Joey I agree although I had second thoughts since the little boy (my grandson Zac) in the photo has grown up quite a bit. The deciding factor was because I also have become older and newer photos of me are not as flattering as the Bubblews avatar photo.

Like you, Bubblews was the first writing site I joined. It gave me a lot of experiences, though I was sad for the unpaid redemptions.

@acelawrite _I know what you mean. In Pilipino one would say "Ilista mo sa tubig." of which the closest English quote I could think of would be "Water under the bridge".

I also get out from Bubblews about half a year before it finally closed . I was here again that's why .
I am also thankful for Bubblews . Gave me the opportunity to earn lots of extra money when it was in its peak .
