There is a lovely man that goes by the name of Andy Biersack. He is the frontman of the band Black Veil Brides and has also formed a solo band called, Andy Black. (I guess he really likes black...Yes he does). In the last year he has been working on his solo music coming out with a music video called, "They Don't Need To Understand" which the view are a a wopping 8.8 million. As a person who is a fan of Black Veil Brides I was very excited that he was adventuring and looking at more to presue. Black Veil Brides is basically a Motley Crue, KISS, and all those theatatrical rock bands from the 70s-80s. If that is something that interests you, I suggest you check them out. Now with Andy Black, it is a turn around from what Black Veil Brides it. It is basically POP music. Punk Pop is a good way to describe it. Think of Billy Idol meets Simple Minds (That is the band that sang, "Don't you forget about me" It's called "Don't You" yeah that some from The Breakfast Club that no one really knows the artist.) The new song We Don't have to Dance is Pop but darker. It sings about loving a woman but only as I interpret as a night thing and cannot actual form a real relationship with this woman. There is a symbolic showing of vampires. Vampires will suck blood out of random people and it does not mean a thing but since they are also passionate they will find a person to love and will feed from them constantly without turning them into a vampire or killing them. In a way is that they do not want to hurt them, they don't want to lose them, BUT they also do not want to be fully committed because they still need fresh blood from other people to survive. Take a listen to the song and tell me what you get out of it, it is beautiful and I am so proud of what Andy has done.
