I am almost "Freshed Out"

I've been extremely busy for the past week.
I had 3 very demanding projects with very aggressive deadlines.
What I can say, it is "Spring" so.. lots of companies want to "spring forward" and start their Q2 with a "Fresh Look", "Fresh Ideas", and "Fresh Clients"...
After 1 week of that! I am all freshed out! But I did manage to get the projects done on time!
Now am taking a well deserved day off, and you know what, I feel odd!
I feel like I should be working! So how's your day/week going?

@Drosophila its 10.30 pm over here.kids are sleeping.I will be here for few more minutes and then go to bed. Tomorrow one of my friend is visiting . so having lot of plans.

I am retired so every day is a quiet day for me. As soon as the weather warms up a bit more I am going to go camping and fishing. I hope you do enjoy your day off.

@Drosophila We mostly catch and release, but on occasion we do eat what we catch.

I guess it's such a nice feeling to be "freshed out"! It's always good to just take a break. Hope you will enjoy your good day!
As a freelance programmer, I am now busy with my software development project. I am glad the current one is almost done, and I just need two more days to complete it and send to someone for testing. Besides working, I am also happily spending time with my children. Though I am not so comfortable because of pregnancy, I am happy to feel the baby is moving actively as well. It's always a good day or week for me.

Thanks, I am back to the grind as I get too bored if I don't work.
I also work remotely, and I find the danger of working remotely is that you can just work non-stop, which is a problem. Good to hear you're enjoying your children. :)

I am exhausted to say the least. We are on the third driving day of our trip home from Florida and it does take a toll on this old body of mine, especially sleeping in a strange bed every night!! It sounds like you deserve the day off for sure, I hope you enjoyed it.

You are very good at an assigned tasks finishing them on time.Sometimes we also missed our busy work and days. This time I am super busy in school after the departmental exam, here I am now to check some papers after mylotting,lol.

Thanks! I actually work better with a deadline, knowing something needs to get done means I just end up prioritizing that over everything else.
The departmental exam sounds like a lot of work.

I only worked two days this week at my part-time job and am glad to have several days off. I am going to play some table tennis very soon for a couple of hours and that will be fun.
