Good day Nawaz. I had come across that interesting find. I like honey on some food. It is quite the sweetener, and knowing I can keep it in my cupboard for a potentially longer than usual time for me is a relief.

I wouldn't touch it. I know some places in the world eat things after it goes back but evwrything does go back at some point. Water never really goes back but it does get stale which then it just does t tast right.
